- Payment should be completed within 4 business days. Unpaid case will be automatically filed otherwise. If purchase were made by mistake, please contact us for order cancelation request. We will take care of that.
- We accept payment via PayPal, bank deposit & credit card bonded with PayPal. Bank details will be provided at checkout, once you choose bank transfer as payment method. Please note that:
- eBay user ID as reference is requested for bank transfer.
- Transfer through online banking can sometimes take up to 5 business days to clear. Not suitable for urgent order.
- e-cheque via PayPal takes 3-5 business to clear. Not suitable for urgent order.
- Dispatch order can only be processed after cleared payment is received.
Postage & Delivery
- We use Fastway and Australia Post parcel delivery with tracking and signature as the delivery methods for items of regular size and weight Most items can also be shipped out via express delivery with extra charge. Please refer to eBay item page postage and payments section for postage cost quote. Access to that section can be made via clicking on see details link or clicking on the second tab on top of the item description.
- Freight cost for heavy item can be estimated by keying your postcode in the auto calculator which is located on the top of item description section.
- Once item dispatched, it will be buyer’s responsibility to keep up with the tracking.
- Postage charge includes cost for handling, delivery and registration for tracking. Postage charge is not refundable for return due to change of mind.
- Only items listed with clear pick up instruction are available for pickup due to the limitation of our current warehousing system unfortunately. We apologize for inconvenience and we will continue to improve. However, that’s the way it is at this stage.
- Regular dispatch will be processed on the next business day after cleared payment. Should any urgent situation requesting same day dispatch after 11:30 AM, buyer will need to contact us and get confirmation prior to purchase.
- After-hours / weekend delivery is not available.
- Parcel requires recipient’s signature unless otherwise instructed. Tracking number will be provided after dispatch. Please note that: If no recipient to sign off, parcel will be sent back to your local post office or Fastway parcel collection point for you to collect. Sometimes calling card may not be presented, so please always keep up with the online tracking.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure that you provide the correct address and day time contact number. If no recipient at the delivery address during the day, please keep an eye on tracking. Parcel will be sent back to sender without notice by Australia Post Office after certain awaiting collection time. Re-sending parcel due to incorrect address details /and no collection will incur an additional postage and handling charge.
- Bookings are essential. Collection available on the next day after booking from our QLD warehouses at Hillcrest 4118 Mon-Fri 10am-4:30pm (excl. weekends and public holidays).
- Payment can be made prior to arrival or cash on pick up. (No card facility at warehouse). No products are on display at warehouse.
- Only selected products are available from above warehouse. Please contact our customer service through eBay message.
Return & Refund
Return or exchange is acceptable within 30 days after purchase. Returning item must be in acceptable and resalable condition (new, never been used, never been worn, in original packaging, etc.). Warehouse will check the condition of returned item and restock accordingly. Buyer should make sure returning item is well packed to avoid any damage during transit. Refund will only be processed upon confirmation from warehouse. All postage costs, eBay final fee, PayPal transaction fee will be deducted from refund amount.
If you believe there is issue with the product you have received, please contact us first. Photo proof will also be required as it will help us process your case faster. We will either:
- Issue replacement parts / product accordingly, or
- Issue RMA for you to return.
- Item has damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, natural disaster, etc will not be covered by our return and refund policy. Item that is modified, altered or repaired without authorization will not be covered by our return and refund policy.
