Shipping and Postage:
- We are using Standard Post with tracking as the delivery method with the express parcel delivery as an option for most of items.
- We make Customer Shipping Consignment at 22:00pm every Sunday-Thursday, items will be posted by Courier the next business day afternoon.
- Please note if you make an order before 13:00pm, your item will be shipped at the same business day. Otherwise your item will be shipped the next business day. Weekend and Public Holiday are excluded
- The price of free post item also includes handling fee, delivery fee and registration for tracking purpose
- Standard post parcel time: Product generally takes 2-8 business days but please allow up to 10-12 business days for delivery in case of postal delays
- Express post parcel time: Product generally takes 1-3 business days but please allow up to 5 business days for delivery in case of postal delays
- Buyer will be responsible for the re-post charges if item return caused by providing the incorrect postal address or nobody for collection

Warranty:
- All our products are covered by Faulty & Damage Replacement Warranty under 14 days after item delivered
- The faulty/damaged product must be returned to us or given photographic proof via email to check the status. When item issue has been confirmed, we will replace a new part for free.
- The warranty does not include any human injuries, damage or failure of the other bike parts or any other losses due to accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, intention, improper assembly, improper maintenance or normal wear
Return & Refund Policy:
- Item Return must be finished within 30 days after item despatched. All merchandise must be returned in original condition. Postage and handling cost are not refundable if return caused by change of mind or made wrong order. Please note Free-post item is also subject to this policy.
- Full refund will be given if item is completely not as described by our template or cannot supply replacement for the faulty/damaged part due to out of stock
- We will inspect the return item before issue the refund. Damaged, worn items or missing components are not refundable
- Buyer are responsible for return shipping cost and proper packaging. Please include your eBay ID, item number and your shipping address with the item.
