Shipping and Postage:

- Buyer will be responsible for the re-post charges if item return caused by providing the incorrect postal address or nobody for collection

Warranty:
- All our products are covered by Faulty & Damage Replacement Warranty under 14 days after item delivered
- The faulty/damaged product must be returned to us or given photographic proof via ebay message to check the status. Once the issue confirmed, we will do replacement or refund.
- The warranty does not include any human injuries, damage or failure of the other bike parts or any other losses due to accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, intention, improper assembly, improper maintenance or normal wear
Return & Refund Policy:
- Item Return must be finished within 30 days after item despatched. All merchandise must be returned in original condition. Postage and handling cost are not refundable if return caused by change of mind or made wrong order. Please note Free-postage items are also subject to this policy.
- Full refund will be given if item is completely not as described by our listing or cannot supply replacement for the faulty/damaged part.
- We will inspect the return item before issue the refund. Damaged, worn items or missing components are not refundable
- Buyer are responsible for return shipping cost and proper packaging. Please include your eBay ID, item number and your shipping address with the item.
